You may use Heartalone for personal, non-commercial purposes, and for any commercial purpose we explicitly agree to in writing.
You are responsible for anything that happens through your account, including keeping your login details secure.
When using Heartalone, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of everything you create and publish on Heartalone.
By publishing content here, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and promote that content on and in connection with the platform. You can ask us to remove your content at any time.
You confirm that you have the rights to the content you publish and that it does not breach anyone else's rights.
The Heartalone name, logo, design, and platform code belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission, other than ordinary fair use such as linking to or quoting our published work with attribution.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these terms or harm the community. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.
Heartalone is being built in phases. Features may change, pause, or be withdrawn, and parts of the platform may be unavailable from time to time.
We provide the platform on an as-is basis and do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Heartalone may link to sites and services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
To the extent permitted by law, Heartalone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
We may update these terms as the platform develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page always shows the current version.
